Spring Spruce Up: Paint Colors Inspired by the Spring Season

If you have the Spring Fever and are in need of something FRESH, give your home some simple redecorating. In addition to swapping your heavy blankets for light linens, or changing the window treatments to something that allows more natural sunlight, there are countless ways to bring the spring season into your home. If you really want to give a new clean look to your home, a coat of paint can do just that.  There’s some psychology behind how the brain perceives color, which is definitely something to take into account when you choose paint colors. For example, it has been found that blue hues make people calmer, and greens have been found to help people concentrate more.

5K Run & Health Walk to Benefit Seashore Gardens. un or walk for a good cause at the 5th Annual Seashore Gardens 5K Run & Health Walk on Sunday, April 26, 2015 on the Atlantic City Boardwalk at Resorts Casino Hotel. Proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit the residents of Seashore Gardens Living Center, an independent nonprofit Home for the Aged in Galloway Twp., N.J.
